304 Media’s Ribbon Cutting
February 10, 2006
BOCA RATON, FL -- After surviving an immediate evacuation of their old office building due to substantial damage from Hurricane Wilma, 304 Media knew first hand what it meant to be “officeless”, so to speak. The founder of 304 Media, Jocelyn Silverman, found refuge for her company and employees at her father’s company, Harbour Builders located just a short distance from her office building. Within 2 hours, the 304 Media team had setup shop in Harbour Builders’ conference room and was back up and running.
“It was crazy”, said Art Director, John Staple, “All 5 of us were elbow to elbow in the conference room. You couldn’t stretch out an arm completely without hitting a co-worker.”
Jocelyn wasted no time beginning the search for a new office. After only a few short weeks, 304 Media prepared to move

into their new home. She was faced with a difficult decision. Should she get another office that was comparable to 304 Media’s old digs? Instead Mrs. Silverman decided to go with a Class A office twice as large as the old location. “We have come a long way in the last 4 years and I wanted our new office to accurately represent the high level of quality work we produce,” she explained.
On February 10, 2006, a ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official grand opening of 304 Media’s new office. The new location is conveniently located in Boca Raton in the beautiful One Royal Palm Place building across from the prestigious community of Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club. The event began at 9:30 am in the conference room which was beautifully decorated and filled with various refreshments for anticipated guests.
